Yes, I remember seeing these spiders when I was deployed to Desert Storm in '91. Came back one night and found one on my bunk. Took about six smacks with a board before it stopped twitching. Saw one running around outside one night too. The SOBs are FAST.... I have picture of the one I killed, nasty...

First, I spent 20 years in the USAF as communication-computers technician; most of that as a Systems Administrator.

Since I retired from the USAF, I am now a contractor as a Systems Administrator supporting something similar to Homeland Security. I work with Windows, Solaris and RedHat.
