erm a video is alway only 25-30 FPS (in cinema too).

that is enough for displaying purposes. Ingame you will have more (i had like 60-70 fps, depending on what happens).

@ pun: the problem was, that I made the vids with a capture-SOFTWARE so I had around 40-60 FPS ingame (even with a P4 2.6GHz/RAMBUS 512MB(800MHz)) so it was all laggy as hell. next problem was the internet-connection I had. A videocapture-card would be cool

Do you have a router to the internet? you have to configure port forwarding (public port 2092 to local port 2092 of the dedi/server)
