try to add the useip-command like this:

-useip 12.34.56.78 -useport 2092

that 12.34.56.78 has to be changed to your WAN IP...

to be save add this to your commandline:

-gspyfile gamespy.cfg

and download this ready-to-use-file to be placed in the D3-root: www.descentforum.net/Do_Checkor/gamespy.cfg

(the country code for central europe "7" should be replaced with your's if you are non-europe. US = "0")
