Re: Descent-1 Level-1 Recreation in UT2004: Full Version!

... Later that very same decade.

I just updated this post so the download link should work again.
A change in the way Dropbox hosts things may have broken it, and possibly also just the passage of time.

First time I've stopped by here in a while. I hope everyone is doing well. :)

What is your Descent 1/2/3 level editing background?

Hi everyone. I thought it might be interesting to get an idea of how level editing knowledge is distributed between versions of descent. One of the things I always found interesting about the descent community is that it seems to have a higher than usual percentage of level editing members, (at leas...

In light of all the messing about with website registration I've been doing to move from FileFront to a new file host, I figured I'd get a YouTube account while I was at it, and upload a GroupC 3 video I made a little bit ago. GroupC3 and UT2004-Lunar-Outpost are available again. Both GroupC3 and UT2004-Lunar-Outpost were being hosted from FileFront, and at some point the links stopped working, and the files were nowhere to be found in my FileFront account when I went to go find out why. Personality of the D1 music.

Is it just me, or does the Descent 1 music have a kind of distinctive sound that is recognizable, but not really a facet of any common genre? Perhaps it's just my imagination, but one of the things I've noticed about the music from Descent 1, is that there is not much else like it, at least not much...
