Munk posted a suggestion to this board earlier about improving your
aim, which is to play instareap games with your reticle turned off.

He does have the authority to order some pretty rough interogation techniques on people who meet certain criteria [...] That's enough, I'd say. No one should be subject to any "rough interogation techniques" regardless of what criteria they meet. And by the way, don't you think lawyers wi...

Linux can definately be unstable if you are using some kind of buggy driver. Solving this problem can be tricky. First you need to determine which one it is; then, you need to find an upgrade or replacement. Or, if whatever that driver's for is not important, simply stop using it. Unfortunately I'm ...

On most recent systems, /dev is a RAM-disk; it starts from scratch
at each boot and device files are created on-demand by a daemon
such as udev. So, manual tweaks to /dev are lost when the machine
shuts down or reboots.
Doing a Google search for \"udev\" will help you find out more.

There is a game called \"Narbacular Drop\" which uses this concept
and which you can download. It looks like Portal itself is just a
mini-game for Half life \"Episode Two\".
I was thinking... could a similar effect be created in D2X-XL by
combining a camera with a teleport? :-)

Those of you that have played against \"DIII-DereX\" or \"Derick\" probably
remember him well. He flies smoothly too, except he doesn't get his butt
handed to him...
Derek plays with 2 joysticks, too. Here's a video he recorded of it.

Never tried this myself, but I think you can make a HXM with modifications to D1 robots. Put it in your missions dir with the same name as the level (or HOG, or MSN, not sure; just try). I have confirmed that this works with DTX patch files in D1x-rebirth . Just put them in the missions dir with the...

Just did a quick search. Found that literal IPv6 addresses in URLs are enclosed in brackets. There is a very clear description in RFC 2732 , section 2. I saw that RFC 2732 is obsoleted by RFC 3986 , which seems to be a little harder to read, but the bracket convention remains (simply search it for \...
