Make sure you have the latest definitions from ad-aware, and try out Spybot Search and Destroy as well. Both in concert are supposed to nail pretty much everything.

Boot to safe mode, edit the system.ini file, search for that device driver.

Run regedit, search there for that device driver as well.

Try commenting all instances out.

If its onboard hardware raid there should be some kind of pre-boot bios-like utility you could use to create the array. Windows should see it as a single disk then.
