Just a little FYI... The RIP team maintains a public forum with an entire section devoted to D3 server requests. It doesn't get used nearly as much as it should. This was a rumor floating around last week at the office. I had also heard that the deal may be off. Someone (I'm guessing Microsoft or more likely, Toshiba) was looking to bribe Warner Bros.
