Well most deaths in my case were due to me going to the energy center near the blue key and running out of energy, otherwise, if you know the traps and where to go, not so hard. Especially with the cloaking device... Probably still a bit easier than CS level 3, but harder than FS L3. About D2 CS wea...

I did it on cold start no death no save (failed around 5-6 attempts), think it is difficult enough now for level 3. Smelter in the beginning is a good idea to scare the player a bit. I tested it (not cold-start however). About the geometry and texturing, I love it! Dark atmosphere, Vertigo-like large rooms, this is what I like! Sliding bridge near the blue key-awesome!!! don't know how you made it with descent engine... Maybe could look even better if the WHOLE bridge had moving...

Thanks DFW! Already 19 levels are uploaded and I even managed to beat and re-record L4 and L16 on Insane without deaths and saves!
I hope that you also keep up designing stuff as good and devious as Lost Levels (or probably even better) in the future!

The unpredictable roaming robots make Descent (especially D1) so interesting, but on the other hand it makes speedrunning many levels hell. Good luck to you, Marvin, you'll definitely need it on the difficult levels!

I knew about the quad laser near the hostage cell, but not about the homing missile pack. But I usually don't care much about the secrets I don't need. I think the strategy can be further improved on some points : 1) Don't waste energy trying to hit the switch from afar in the first grated corridor....

Ha-ha I suspected it was a bit of show-off fight :) Yes, L9 and L11 are (relatively) easy but 10 and 12 are very tough! And among the longest ones, too! Much worse then everything before. However L9 has kind of strange geometry and it is easy to get lost. I don't like it for that reason.
