lol, something weird happened last night and I had to quit about 3am

let me see what I can do with the orbital theme

Ok, sorry I am trying to figure out these new forum permission settings.

I guess I have to allow people access, by default it's turn off to users when you create a new forum or forum link.

Anyway please see if it works now.
