Kinda' made me sick, actually. Considering how many cats are put to sleep at animal shelters everyday, it's the height of arrogance and stupidity to spend $50,000 to clone a specific cat. Exactly what I thought. x3 I love my cats dearly, but even if the money were not an object, it seems like cloni...

[edit]My post would throw this in E&C at best ... Agreed, given the direction this thread has taken. There seem to be two extremes which sometimes rear their ugly heads during debate on this subject: "Kids are not at all influenced by parents/peers/music/movies/games/etc., because they can...

This is one homebody who votes to stay home. :P A couple of years ago, I would have said the same thing (home for me right now is a medium-sized city in the central U.S.), but my wife and I are starting to "itch" for someplace different. For family's sake, we're not planning on going to a...

It's the same in the central U.S. (almost constant un-felt earthquakes) where I live. I've lived here almost 28 years, and I've never felt one, although I occasionally hear about minor ones. My Mazda 626 has 295,000, and it still purrs, since I've made sure to get regular oil changes, and I don't drive it too hard. I plan on keeping it at least until 300,000 or more (although that should be just a few months). On the other hand, I didn't maintain my last car (a '74 260Z) very well, and ...

Yes, it's Maroon 5, who I think actually have a more unique sound than Los Lonely Boys.

My wife likes Maroon 5 even more than I do. Something about their vocals appeals to me, although their lyrics seem a bit shallow.

My two cents: Sing. Two more cents from me: Yes, just sing. We weren't really even very good, but I remember that after we played a few of our more upbeat con...
