Re: Political Correctness Defined
Hehe, my little bitter friend. Everyone here always complains about sources. I use one given by a president (I can think of at least 3 who gave such warnings) to begin a foundation of a discussion about a "monolithic and ruthless conspiracy" and your response was a result of your indoctrin...

Re: Political Correctness Defined
This thread is a perfect example of Political Correctness. One side gets to call people stupid and moronic and insult and demean other people's personal beliefs, but if anyone calls them nasty and mean-spirited, the peanut gallery gets their feelings all hurt. Did I hu...

Re: Putin about to move in...
Of course He won't. He has said a number of times without ever coming right out and saying it, that his intentions are to restore the USSR to it's former glory. I predict that each independent, former annex of the Soviet Union will suffer some kind of instability that will allow Russia a police acti...

Slick obviously is clueless to the power of words. Here's a social experiment for you. Take 10 people and feed them all the same disinformation. They will feel completely confident in their opinions not because they built a strong foundation or sought it out for themselves, but only because the othe...

Let's just do this Ferno, because I am in no way interested in meeting the kind of challenges you present here. So, I recant and next time it happens, I'll point it out. This will have 1 of 2 effects. You will either step in it or go out of your way to avoid it. Last time you stepped in it ;) Either...

Eh, maybe I was being a bit too harsh in your case, although I do see you pull the debate down to a personal level at times instead of towards the topic. Instead of responding like "Woody, I don't see how you could say that. Have you considered thus and thus?" It's more like "Woody yo...

Re: TB, care to tell me those China-scare stories again?
Tell that to our allies in the South China Sea. We may not feel the threat here at home, but our allies are all asking for a stronger US presence. China doesn't need aircraft carriers in light of this and ours there completely and entirely exposes them to N.Korea's (China's rabid mutt) missile's. ED...

This reminds me of a video I saw long ago when a man was drawn and quartered in front of his family for unpaid taxes and then shown on television. Very effective threat against that whole population as to what lengths they will go to for any sense of rebellion.

Nobody heard about the incident that happened here at the same time the Zimmerman trial was ongoing. A little nerdy white guy walked to the store about 2 in the morning. Started getting bullied and attacked by 4 black teenagers. Tried his best to evade them and get away and they caught up to him bes...

Re: Political Correctness Defined
I've learned to ignore people like Ferno and Vision. I think there has to be something about them that makes them feel inferior, so they find people they can dump on to feel a sense of empowerment. It's obvious to the person looking from the outside in. Makes me feel sorry for them and I wouldn't ev...

Re: Earthquakes in America
No Krom, that's not what I'm saying at all. You must have a spot already under a lot of tension. You should go do a study on very low frequencies such as ELF waves, Schumann Resonances and the ways they have been able to produce them. Since it takes such a prohibitively long antenna to create such w...

Re: Earthquakes in America
I imagine a nuclear weapon in the right spot could trigger an earthquake, but a much more stealthy way is to just find the resonant frequency and do it that way. Again, I don't imagine you could do it at will, you have to find the right spot first.

I like the idea. It reverses the trend and puts many more people in the debate. Anything that depends on the consensus of 38 state legislatures to ratify is bound to be more heavily debated and thought out than the ACA, which was forced on the US by a very small group and if you think the ACA doesn'...

Let's just say they took a lot of creative license with it. Noah might find it a bit slanderous, but only because they used his name. Had they not called it "Noah" then not a bad movie, except it did kind of drag on towards the end. Had it been about Noah, they would have pointed out that ...

Vision, how inconsistent and hypocritical you are. You have no problem with throwing aborted human remains into a fire for use as an energy source, but get all riled up when someone tries to encourage modesty. I can't even say what I think I about you.
