Dunno where you got those pin outs, but people are using 20 pin PSUs to power 24 pin boards. Both with and without the converters.

The Nforce 4 DFI foards are 24 pin.

I think they can also use a ATX 12v powersupply by plugging in the 20 pin connector and the 4 pin auxilary conector next to it. Someone else might know for sure.

Can you drop the video card back to 9500 speeds? Perhapse it's starting to have problems with the overclock. You should probably try dropping everything back to defualt speeds if anything else is OCed.

No, it does not. The Athlon 64's memory controller can address 266/333/400MHz memory. I don't rember seeing 200Mhz mentioned before, but I probably ignored it if it was. Definetly try a spare CPU and PSU before buying anything. Unless your CPU and PSU are both going at the same time, then it sounds a bit like the mobo is dieing.
