Secret level 6 earthshakers (Descent 2)

Is there an annotated map on how to find them all? There are said to be 3 of those and i cannot play demo from Moon's Descendarium due to some problem in my d2x-rebirth..

Am i right that it is not advised to destroy Secret 6 while on level 21, as i may need some more powerups to face the final boss, so it's better to leave it intact until level 24?

And how many Earthshakers should i keep for it?

Like said on my level 24 page you can get 5 of them in this level which is enough to finish the boss bot on any skill level. So you do not necessarily need those from secret level 6 however, I've just tested it and my demo runs fine under D2X-Rebirth 0.53 Win.
