D3 Question

Hey guys, im new so, yeah.

But um, on level 17, the one where it says, \"We have no information on this particular location\" and you have to go through all of the portals and things. I am so lost. I been searching on guides to find a walkthrough for it but nothing, can any of you help?

Level 17... Could you post up the level name (can be retrieved with the Automap (Default TAB key)).

Level 17 ?

If you're talking about the 'regular' mission set that came with Descent 3, then it can only be the very last level (taking in account the 2 secret levels).

If you need anything else, you're not thinking hard enough (or thinking too hard).

Pretty much, dont go through the blue accelerators until you get through a red door.

The first place you go to is the side that has plasma, the second place you go to is the side with vauss, then through a red door.

When you first go through a door, after you kill the two stormtrooper bots and blow up the generators, try to go as slow as possible without stopping, and flip the two switches. You'll see what I mean.

You must be talking of High Velocity Weapons Research which can be entered after finishing level 12. I've got some info on that on my page which also has my old speedrun demo (that I finally dug up from some of my backups) in which I'm rushing through this level in no time. Check it out.

Thats great, moon! Little confusing, but you cant really explain in words, but that was the level. I just kept finding myself in the same place again. Im about to print out that and try it, if that doesnt work, then i'll go to youtube and look for a video of it, Lol.

Put it in the Demo folder in your Descent3 folder.

ahh, I thought so. I didnt know because the files are .dem so wasent sure.

But got one more question, I completed that level, from your help Moon, thanks ALOT!!!!!

Afterwords it led me to another level that I never been before, and its like Mars or something but im lost, moon got any idea?
