The one gem I know on Netflix is Cheh Chang's directed movies. I've just finished watching all of them on Netflix. My favorite thing about his movies is how much he reuses between them. For example, I recognized the same hotel/bar/restaurant each time it was used. It's so familiar it's like it's also a returning cast member. However, the best thing that's reused are the actors. He reuses them throughout the 70s. It's like Tim Burton going back to Johnny Depp. Except, in this case it's a whole crew, set, and even locations. If that sounds bad, you might be surprised how creative they are. The sad part is, the crew broke up around the 80s. Cheh Chang continued to make great movies, but the cast and those very familiar sets and props, that seemed to develop their own personalities, were gone. So, if 70's style kung fu is something you think you'll like, I recommend Cheh Chang's.

So, what do you recommend for me?
