D3Edit - Not Paging In Textures

Post by Suncho »

Hi.

I just installed D3Edit on my new computer and when I go to the texture palette, no textures page in when I check the little boxes.

It worked fine on my old computer. Did I maybe forget to set some setting or install something?

I tried it both the official version and the latest beta.

Did you remember to set the location of table.gam in the prefs?

I set the location of d3.hog in the settings.

Did you point it at the Descent 3 folder, or the hog file specificly? When I go to File -> Settings it just points to the folder I have D3 in.

Yeah. It just says the folder there. But when you click the button to find that folder it looks for the hog.

I vaguely remember something like this happening to me. I think it turned out that an extra copy of table.gam, or maybe d3.hog, was sitting in the d3edit directory or the d3 directory or the root directory, and that somehow confused d3edit.
