Its a program to compute Protein Folding across many machines on the internet, like SETI at home project.

I wish someone could have explained that more clearly and simply from the get go.

I just cleaned my computer from a massive trojan attack. Gimme a bit to recover first, I'm still reinstalling programs.

Ok, I'm up and running:

Pentium 4
2. CPU Speed (GHz)
3.06 ghz oc'ed to 3.11
3. On-die cache (128k+64k / 128k+256k)
I'm not sure
4. SDRAM / DDR-SDRAM
1 gig of SDRAM
5. FSB (MHz)
266 mhz in duel channel

Working on P568_BBA5_N
between 1 minunte 27 seconds to 59 seconds per frame!
Estimating work completed on 250 frames in about 4-5 hours.

Note: I just started using this program today.

Oh, and is that sucker hyper threaded? If so you should read the original thread for how to run two clients at once to get an overall boost of 30-45%.
