Seperate Axis Sesitivity

Hey i was wondering if there was a way to set up d2 rebirth and d1 rebirth to have seperate sensitivity settings for the x and y axis for the mouse and Joystick....i have my x axis exaclty like i want it, but my y is Wayy to sensitive and my aim at long range suffers from it.
