I sure hope they're not using those Chinese farmed-raised-in-sewage Tilapia. The cure might be worse than the injury. :shock:

Even though they sterilize the Tilapia skin, it's still a revolting idea to use fish skin as a burn dressing, even with the scales removed. But hey, if it works, who am I to criticize the medical advancement of burn treatments. But I wonder why Tilapia is so special and not skin from some other species of fish? Does it still have a residual smell after it's treated? :huh:
