Because it also has the side effects of thread starters being able to delete threads.

I just discovered you still can do it as long as no one has replied after you. That's a nice feature. :D

Just modify it so that the first post is not deleteable after someone has replied.

Yeah I definatly like the delete post feature. When I let Ace have it, I have a chance to change it later if I feel guilty. :lol: 8) :) :x :x :x :lol:

phpBB doesn't permit non-moderators to delete posts that have been responded to. The only way to change that is to modify the board.
