free video downloader for youtube

I have some videos I uploaded to YouTube (my videos) and would like to download them back to my computer. What's a good YouTube video downloader.

Also, I'd like to have them in a format where I can upload them to other websites and could be easily viewed by others.

Way to easy! Go into youtube video manager, edit video and download mp4.
