Out of those two it should be an easy choice.

POWERCOLOR R43A-ND3 Radeon X800 256MB 256-bit GDDR1 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

HIS Hightech P80N-2I-ZPC Radeon X800 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

I would go with the DDR3 but I have never had any experence with that brand.

The GDDR3 is running at the same clock speed as the GDDR1, so the only benefit is the GDDR3's lower power comsumption and heat production. Otherwise the cards will perform the same. It's a non issue.
