Got to day 12... found having builders helps alot

Then my mouse disappeared for a second, and my fortress was overrun.

Day 13 was my record. I was shooting at the rocket launchers, only to notice a second later that every single other enemy on the screen was poking and shooting at my base.

I got to day 60 and my hand starting cramping up bad. heh
the key is to have lots of extra shooters for the first few lvls then get lots of missile reloaders
I ended up with 160 shooters and 150 or so reloaders...and 50 or so builders, and a clip of 210 shots.
they just keep coming.

the old arcade player in me wanted to see if it maxed out at 100...heh.

Not only does it help, its arguably the most important thing to have. Your health regenerates extremely fast if you have 8 or more craftsmen. Also, make sure you have the upgraded sniper rifle before you reach day 18 (if you make it that far)... thats when they bring in the tanks! :o

The hardest part is making it past stages 12 or 13. After that its cake since you can afford more stuff. I quit playin on level 34 because I got bored. I was ending every day with full health, and all i was doing was shooting tanks. The missiles and gunmen were taking care of everyone else.

For the record, at the end I had:
26 gunmen
32 craftsmen
10 silo operators
130 bullets per clip :P

edit: Readyman beat me to it. Good thing I didnt keep playing, hoping it would end at some point :P

I'm at 34, with 117 gunmen, 32 craftsmen, 50 silo workers, 70 ammo, and maxed out upgrades (of course). I'm bored for now but I'll keep the window open and come back later to get to 100. :)

I'm at day 31 with 140 gunman, 27 craftman, 24 silo workers 330 clip size and all upgrades. I just sit there and blow up tanks and rocket guys while the gunman keep anyone from reaching my wall.:)

101 would be the tell tale lvl. If it goes to that lvl, it'll probably go 999 ??

My window got closed out. Bleh. My instinct tells me that it's dynamic though, which would mean that as long as you can keep playing, it'll keep making new levels.

Got bored at day 50. I had 423 gunmen, 62 craftsmen, 44 silo workers, the sniper rifle, and all the wall and house upgrades. I decided the enemy had worked hard enough so I let them overrun me. If my gunmen were able to take out tanks, I would have been running in autonomous mode.

I died at day 55 with 100 riflemen, 81 craftsmen, 82 silo men, 190 clip size and all other upgrades at full.
Here's some notes.
Don't buy a silo until after day 18, at least. Start saving up for the sniper upgrade at day 14.
After 3 weeks or so, and if you have enough rifle silo men to stop the enemy really quickly, invest your money only in carpenters and clips. After day 55, it gets really hard again.
