Heh cool I've heard of the Califest but for some crazy reason I never connected it with California.
Do you know where in California it's held?

Actually Fremont (where Califest 2k3 was) is pretty close to the bay area. Like a 30 minute drive I think from San Fran. I was born there.

We've had many lans in Cali ranging from San Diego, south Orange County, north Los Angeles county, and don't forget Califest in central Cali.

If you want one, we must find someone to host or organize it. That's all it takes... ppl will show.

I lurb all you guys Image i'm currently working on a venue. I'm trying to find a Hotel/Conf room combo, to make it easier for everyone. Either in shuttle distance from SFO, OAK, SJC, or SAC. Will keep everyone posted. I've been mad busy with my full time job as a TEch Support Manager, and working our our family non prof business. In any case, if push come to shove i'm sure i'll have it in the same location as CFST 2k3. But because all these other wanabee lan's are happening next year Image j/k j/k... i'm looking at Late spring, or Mid Summer.. I'll keep ya'll posted.. if anyone has ideas, or thoughs.. plz email me: dan@califest.org

[TA] Lans are in Huntington Beach and the Endy Lans are in the 949 area code.

BTW Honest may have posted a great review but the guy never played D3 at the LAN. He and his co-pilot there justy played some army game there.
