Balance the budget yourselves

Today, you’re in charge of the nation’s finances. Some of your options have more short-term savings and some have more long-term savings. When you have closed the budget gaps for both 2015 and 2030, you are done. Make your own plan, then share it online.
Here is my plan.

did this a while back. everyone came out on top and a surplus was created.

Damn, by capping Medicare growth we'll fix nearly 1/3 of the shortfall by 2030. That's pretty massive. Not sure if I would support that, but damn.
Also, of course, all the military options checked equals to 1/3 of the shortfall covered by 2030.
