I found this nifty thing on the mektek forums:

It's basically the composer in Mario Paint for the SNES, ported to the PC(by someone).

(Yes, I've played Mario Paint before at my cousins' house when I was young)

I bought a SNES on eBay in 2003 when I had a craving for F-Zero. The deal included Mario Paint. To think I had no idea that cartridge had a composer until I saw the Angry Video Game Nerd theme done on it! Could'a made some songs...
