Miner Wars 2081: Frontline Developer Program

We welcome all developers and gamers interested to start with the game development to join our Frontline Developer program. Using the tools such as our in-game editor or submitting any content you are skillful with (2D/3D art, stories), you can join our team (first on an external, community bases with rewards such as free game licences for you and your friends) and with the opportunity to join our core team in the future if you proove experienced enough!

Project name: Miner Wars 2081

Brief description:
Miner Wars is a 6DOF underground and space shooter played in a fully destructible environment and is a combination of single player story game and MMO. As a player, you operate an advanced mining ship in an open world asteroid belt area. You dig kilometers of tunnels, harvest the ore, travel the solar system, fight your enemies and discover deep secrets.

Talents needed:
Anyone interested to join - level designers, 2D/3D artists, writers, bloggers.

Not paid but very little benefit. Use the publics help and they gett he $$$$

So what happened to the million Euros Marek was talking about using for 20 full-time paid developers last year?

Maybe since they were already doing this since they went commercial, they just decided to formalize it instead of removing it (because there would be huge backlash if they removed it :P). It's still exactly the same thing they've been doing all along. Especially if the game gets released, it's a very nice thing to do for talented people who want to get into the game industry. If your work is already in a game you have that much more advantage over the competition.
No need to read so much into it you pessimists.
