Was listening to a song "Star Dreamers" by Vanello, and was convinced he was saying Star Streamers not Star Dreamers.
Anyway, here is a star streamer.

I'm not to happy with it, and will probably re-make it.

I like it, but I would have added more ripples to it. But the 3d effect is nice.
