Countdown Level 18 crashing again

Yes it's back again, it's not the same bug as last time which was texture related. Now it's a CTD that happens at random times which tells me it may be robot or object related. Unfortunately I can't find a way to reproduce it reliably, I can be doing anything at all and then it'll just die on me there and then.

Does anybody have any ideas because I'm all out... again.

Have you changed any robot behaviors?
Also you may want to run a check mine in the diagnostics tab in case something like a bad wall is causing issues.

If it seems to happen independently of what you're doing that definitely sounds to me like an AI thing.
Unfortunately I don't know enough to offer any more. :-/

I believe I have narrowed it down to it only happening when the countdown is active. It also doesn't matter whether there are robots or not as it happens with and without them. (Using the Spaniard cheat once.)
What happens behind the scene post-reactor destruction that this level doesn't like?

I've decided to just make the level public because these problems with level 18 are becoming a huge thorn in my side now.

Here is the level: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

One more thing before I forget, it requires the latest version of rebirth because of the previous crashing issue.

I had it crash for a similar reason as the previous time, the texture cache was full at an unfortunate time. I've created a new exe with a possible fix. It seemed to work for me, but maybe I didn't play long enough :)
