DVD authoring?

Post by Mobius »

I have an existing DVD with many 10 seconds clips. I have a CD-ROM with 200 photos. What I want to do is create a DVD which shows 10 second movie clip followed by 5 images with 3 second delays, and preferably, have transitional effects between the stills.

No music or soundtrack is required.

Any recommendations?

Nero is great for combining sequential movies. You could use a tool like VideoMach (excellent tool) to create slide show movies with the JPEGs tben use Nero to put them all together.

Thanks guys, but I found the latest version of PowerDirector came with my new DVD burner, and it seems to have some great reviews and good features, so I'll have a crack with this before I try anything else.

The Windows Movie Thingy is pretty good once you get the update to v2.0.
