Actually I always arguer the point the an 'int' varies in size from processor to processor. A word is 16 bits.

In any case, since some of my early work was on 4 bit processors. I certainly don't judge someone's bianary by it's length... Just like a bunch of guys.

You need to install D2 first, then put the rebirth files into that directoy. Then you run the rebirth version.

Rebirth by itself won't play, you must install D2 first.

I really had no problem doing that from a CD

yeah - I had issues trying to get D2X running.
Rebirth I just downloaded and dropped in - it worked
perfect.

Glad to hear it. A week isn't bad for US to Germany.
I am glad it works perfectly. I haven't had any defective units. Each unit was tested three(3) separate times during build/program/test and packaging. I tried to make sure no one got a DOA unit.

The audio in is a standard little cable.
Takes you from the 'Mini' phone jack type on the PC to 2 RCA plugs (left and right)

Should find it at your Radio Shack, or order online.

are you sure you just haven't
missed setting the joystick deadzones ?
I alot of guys set those to 0 (no deadzone)
Also in Descent itself you can set the senstivity
from the default 1.00 all the way to 4.00
