Sup my nerdy brothers and sisters. It's time for yet another riveting update of my military endeavors.

I just so recently finished up all my training and got stationed at Fort Bragg NC. Now the fun begins! My unit is one of the best ones on post (according to my unit of course). I'm assigned to the 1st batallion of the 82nd Aviation Brigade in the 82nd Airborne division. My unit's job is working on, operating, and deploying Kiowa Warrior Helicopters (And no acecombat jokes... I'm for real )

My barracks are sweet. Absolutely brand new from the bottom to the top. 2 man "suites" with relatively spacious individual rooms for each tennant. So I get my privacy and I can eat it too! Or something to that extent. I also got a full size fridge and a microwave. It's like being at home... only not anywhere near being at home.

Anyways.. I'm sitting at a post exchange right now leeching off of their wireless internet, and I'm sure it's not doing anything for my non-nerd appearance. So I'm gonna sign off for the day. I should have the internet in my room in a couple weeks, so I'll look you up later.

Two room suites? WTF! When I was in it was 40 man quanson huts. The only refrigerators were down at the chow hall or the NCO club.

That's still nothing. On board ship, we were treated to 9 guys in the space of a standard office cube. And don't get me started on water hours. They always seemed to be when I was at flight quarters. I would go days without a shower.
